It all begins with having the correct hardware, which generally means either having a company laptop, or the ability to access company Virtual Computers using a staff members personally owned computer.
If there is a requirement for a phone system or printing at home, we can help with that too.

A key part to effective communication from home is the ability to communicate with work colleagues and clients using Chat, Voice or Video calls.

On old IT systems for example, a new computer would need to handled and deployed by the IT department in person, which normally happens inside of the office. That exercise is costly and time consuming.
With today’s Modern IT, a computer can be shipped directly from the manufacturer (brand new) and a staff member can sign into it themselves using their company email address and gain access to all software, applications and data as required. If there is a need to reinstall the operating system to a fresh copy, that can be done remotely as well, without any input from the staff member using it.
